What is kamayan
"Kamayan" is the traditional Filipino way of eating with your hands.
Our Kamayan Kit is a cultural culinary experience that is fun for the whole family. Kamayan is a traditional way of eating in the Philippines. The word "Kamayan" literally means to eat with your hands. The food comes out family-style and is plated on banana leaves that cover your whole table. Your rice will be plated in the center of the table, and all of the traditional dishes will be decoratively placed for everyone to share.

KAMAYAN SERVICE
We are now accepting Kamayans at our Bellflower location inside of Steelcraft Food Hall along with, DIY Kamayan Take Home Kits and Private Catering.
Kamayan service available upon reservation only.
In accordance with the guidelines of our new facility & the seating of our new location, there is a $50 non-refundable reservation fee per table. Each Table is benched seating and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably and 8 if you squeeze in. for up to two hours per table. You may also reserve tables without doing the Kamayan; however, the $50 reservation charge per table still applies.
Minimum of 6 adults for Dine In Kamayan service and 10 Adults for catering. DIY Kamayan Take home kits are also available for small and large parties.
Reservation must be made at least 72-hours in advance.
Credit card info required to hold your reservation. After reservation forms are made you will recieve a confirmation email. RESERVATIONS ARE ONLY GUARANTEED THROUGH CONFIRMATION.
CANCELLATION FEES apply. To wave fee, Cancellations must be made 24hrs in advanced. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total bill. There will be a full-charge for No-cancel/No shows. This fee will also apply to the no shows in the party.

KAMAYAN ENTREES
Combination of 6 items total from the following.

Grilled Chicken Inasal: Chicken marintated with; lemongrass, ginger, garlic, annatto and citrus.
Lechon Kawali (Deep Fried Pork Belly): Pork Belly braised with aromatics then deep fried to perfection.
Filipino Chicken BBQ: Our marinated chicken basted with our filipino BBQ sauce with hints of garlic, ginger, and calamansi (A filipino Citrus)
Longanisa Filipino sausage: Made with garlic, soy, brown sugar, and annatto.
Tocino (Sweet Garlic Pork). Sliced pork marinated with garlic, soy, honey. and annatto.
Grilled Liempo (Grilled Pork Belly). Sliced pork belly marinated with; garlic, soy sauce, calamansi and fresh cracked pepper.
BBQ Pork. Grilled strips of pork belly marinated in garlic and soy then basted with our Filipino BBQ sauce with hints of garlic, ginger, and calamansi (A filipino Citrus)
Hipon/Whole Shrimp: Sauteed garlic shrimp with fresh garlic, butter, lemon and a splash of coconut.
Tahong (Mussels): Steamed mussels sauteed with onions ginger, garlic, and butter
Chicken Adobo: National dish of the Philippines consisting of chicken braised in a mixture of garlic, onions, bay leaves, soy, and palm vinegar.
